ABOUT KATRINA GOSEK, SR. DIRECTOR, COMMERCE PRODUCT STRATEGY, ORACLE CORP.
Katrina Gosek is Senior Director of Commerce Product Strategy at Oracle. For the last decade, Katrina has worked on delivering eCommerce products and strategies to Top 500 companies. Prior to Oracle, Katrina spent her early ecommerce career at Endeca and hybris. At Oracle, her team sits within product development and collaborates across many internal cross-functional and industry teams touching competitive intelligence, sales, marketing, campaigns, press, analysts, sales, education, and partners, and is responsible for go-to-market strategy for Oracle’s commerce products. She also works closely with customers and partners to develop product strategy and best practices for ecommerce implementations.
ABOUT JEFFREY HAMM, SR. DIRECTOR, ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS, ULTA BEAUTY
As the Sr. Director of e-Commerce Operations, Jeff is responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience through Ulta.com and its native applications. In this role, he leads and facilitates the execution of new features and functionalities that allow Ulta Beauty to create a seamless shopping journey across its channels. Jeff and his team are also tasked with the setup of all content and promotions on Ulta.com, ensuring that the Beauty Enthusiast has digital access to the most up-to-date information about Ulta Beauty’s products and services. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty in 2012, Jeff was a General Manager in the online appliance division at Sears Holdings Corporation. Through his extensive knowledge in the IT and e-Commerce space, Jeff has acquired a deep understanding of both the technical and business sides of direct-to-consumer platforms and specializes in how to deliver the best experience for the multi-channel guest.
ABOUT GARY KIRSCHNER, SENIOR DIRECTOR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, ORACLE CORP.
Gary manages the Oracle Commerce Platform and oversees integrations for Oracle Commerce and Oracle Commerce Cloud. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, and prior to Oracle/ATG held product management positions at Wind River (Intel) and Motorola. Beginning in engineering, Gary held senior development positions creating real time, mission critical solutions for applications such as air traffic control. Gary holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
